The Flaneur is a term used to describe someone who walks or wanders without a destination in mind, observing the cacophony of life that surrounds them. The idea of the Flaneur originated with the author Charles Baudelaire and came to embody the literati of 19th century Paris.

This project adopted the name Flaneur after winding its way through many different  explorations. However, it began at the Bauhaus with Kandinsky, his ideas on nature, finding the nature of our own artistic sense.  The project then intersected with Paul Klee and his famous saying - " a line is a dot that went for a walk"
